Audrey graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Drexel University. She sees patients with pelvic floor conditions, patients who are pregnant and postpartum, as well as patients with orthopedic concerns and injuries. She has pursued continuing education through the APTA’s Pelvic Health section, including recently completing the coursework for her Certificate of Advanced Practice in Physical Therapy in Pelvic Health (CAPP-Pelvic), and Sarah Duvall’s Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES) certification. She also has extensive experience as a yoga instructor and personal trainer, becoming a Certified Yoga Teacher (CYT) in 2015 and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) in 2021. Audrey is here to partner with you and support you on your health journey! Knowledge is power and she strives to give you the right tools and expertise to help you feel better. She loves to incorporate functional movements and lifting (those baby car seats are heavy!) to help you become a stronger, more empowered version of yourself.
Audrey currently resides on the Main Line with her husband and toddler son, who keeps her on her toes! She enjoys weight lifting and running, trying new restaurants in the area, and reading at the beach.
